Finishing the season undefeated and beating Ohio State 52-24 to win the AT&T National College Football Championship Monday night made some Alabama players feel as though they made history.

„I think we’re the best team ever,” the Alabama midfielder Mac Jones He said.

„There is no disdain for any of our other teams or any championship teams, but this team has won 11 matches in the SEC,” Saban said. „No other team has done that. They have won the SEC, unbeaten in the SEC, then beat two big teams in the qualifiers without a break in between.”

„This is our fifth game in a row, from LSU to Arkansas to Florida to Notre Dame to here. We played 13 games, unbeaten with all the turmoil we’ve seen this season. I think there’s a little bit of writing about it when it comes to the team’s legacy.”
